冉智元女士自 2020 年 1 月起加入公司，并自 2024 年 11 月起擔(dān)任本公司市場(chǎng)及銷售負(fù)責(zé)人，全面負(fù)責(zé)市場(chǎng)管理系統(tǒng)的規(guī)劃與運(yùn)營(yíng)。在加入公司之前，冉女士先后任職于賽諾菲、葛蘭素史克、沃森生物等國(guó)內(nèi)外知名醫(yī)藥企業(yè)，負(fù)責(zé)推廣的疫苗種類包括狂犬疫苗、流感疫苗、甲肝、乙肝（成人劑型）、Hib 等。憑借對(duì)疫苗產(chǎn)品的深刻理解及多年的銷售推廣經(jīng)驗(yàn)，冉女士通過(guò)深度聚焦市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷體系搭建與業(yè)務(wù)拓展，主導(dǎo)制定公司全渠道市場(chǎng)策略、優(yōu)化業(yè)務(wù)流程，并帶領(lǐng)銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)依生君安狂犬病疫苗業(yè)績(jī)的持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)。

冉女士于 2002 年獲得沈陽(yáng)藥科大學(xué)微生物制藥學(xué)士學(xué)位，于 2016 年獲得中國(guó)疾病預(yù)防控制中心公共衛(wèi)生碩士學(xué)位。

Head of Marketing and Sales

Ms. Zhiyuan Ran joined the company in January 2020 and has served as Head of Marketing and Sales since November 2024, assuming full responsibility for the strategic planning and operational management of the market system.  Prior to joining the company, Ms. Ran held positions at renowned domestic and international pharmaceutical enterprises, including Sanofi, GlaxoSmithKline, and Watson Biologics, where she specialized in the promotion of various vaccines such as rabies vaccine, influenza vaccine, hepatitis A vaccine, hepatitis B (adult formulation) vaccine, Hib vaccine, and others.

Leveraging her extensive expertise in vaccine products and years of experience in sales and marketing, Ms. Ran spearheaded the development of the company's omni-channel market strategy and the optimization of business processes by focusing on the construction of a robust marketing system and driving business growth.  Under her leadership, the sales team achieved sustained sales growth for the Yisheng Junan rabies vaccine.

Ms. Ran earned her Master’s degree in Public Health from the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention in 2016 and her Bachelor’s degree in Microbial Pharmacy from Shenyang Pharmaceutical University in 2002.
